1. FREE Saturday Class open to prospective new members (8 or 10am).
2. One Month Basics Program: Includes 3 semi private (1 hour) classes that teach you the fundamental movements and theory of CrossFit (On-Ramp Sessions). After completing your three On-Ramp sessions you get the rest of the month to train in normal classes.
