Grab a towel, some sunscreen, and your suit (or workout gear works just fine too), and join us on Saturday August 8th for our annual Beach WOD! This year we will be meeting at the box at 8:00AM and heading out at 8:15AM to Crystal Lake, in Ellington CT. We will be spending at least a few hours there, so please plan accordingly. And remember, you DO NOT need to be an Olympic swimmer to do this WOD! See you there!
A message from Coach Jay: I’m excited to announce the start of Olympic Weightlifting (Tuesday @ 7am) and Endurance (Thursday @ 7am) classes for the morning classes at TBL! Coaching has been my passion for years and I pride myself on being able to make people better. Last week a few of us had an awesome opportunity to visit CrossFit Revolver in Cancun, Mexico! After inquiring prior to arrival, we received a welcoming email with information and directions to the box. After some transportation research from the locals, we figured the best option for getting there from the hotel location was going to be a combination of the city bus and a taxi.
