October Althete of the Month – Bec Foss!

Open Gym Updates

Starting Monday, September 28th, we will be ADDING open gym hours every morning from 8am-9am! (No sign ups needed) Our Sunday open gym hours have changed. Also starting the week of September 28th, Sunday open gym hours will now be from 9am-11am with MANDATORY SIGN UPS. Please be sure to sign up at the front desk if you would like to attend Sunday’s open gym.

CrossFit Team Series

This year’s CrossFit events do not stop with the CrossFit Games, you can now form a team and register for the CrossFit Team Series event! The Team Series tests the fitness of four-person teams, two men and two women. It starts Sept. 8, with the release of multiple team workouts. Teams will have six days to get together, complete the work, and submit their scores before the deadline: 5 p.m. PT, Sept. 14. We will be ordering custom jump ropes for anyone who is ready to finally learn and perfect their DU’s. They are one of the best on the market and cost $40.00. (Which is a discount off the normal price for a bulk order, so the more the better!) You can also have the ropes custom engraved for $10.00 more. They are from RPM Athletics and it will be the Speed Rope 2.0 or RPM Freestyle. The sign-up will be at the front desk and the order is pre-pay. Make sure you state your color, style and any custom engraving.
