December Programming Update

A Note from Coach Sarah: This year has flown by and the CF Open is not far off…we will be spending the next 12 weeks getting you ready to give your best performance possible! We are starting an Olympic lifting block on December 7th, highlighting the snatch on Mondays and the C&J on Wednesdays for the next few weeks. The weights will be based off a lower percentage of your max early on, as your coaches will make sure you are hitting these lifts with perfect form, and you will increase 5-10 lbs each week.
